ḤADĪTH OF THE DAY

“ The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, "A man from those who came before you, stood for his reckoning. Not a single good deed could be found to his credit, except that he was a wealthy man who had dealings with the people and who used to instruct his men to exonerate those in difficulty. So God, Mighty and Sublime is He, declared, 'This is more befitting of Us than it is of him,' [and ordered the angels], 'Exonerate him.'" ”
